Orlando Pirates will face Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday in a much anticipated Carling Black Label Champion Cup.

All the drama will take place at the imposing FNB Stadium. Kick-off is at 3 pm. Tickets are already sold-out for this encounter and no tickets will be available at the stadium.

The two Soweto giants will be clashing for the sixth time in this competition. The Mighty Buccaneers clinched the cup four times while Amakhosi claimed the trophy only twice.

Chiefs won it last year and will be looking forward to defending the title while Pirates will be hoping to increase their tally to five.

Fans are expected to witness a thrilling encounter as both these teams usually produce fireworks when they play against each other.

The competition gives fans a chance to select their starting line up and be the champion coach. They also select their preferred formation.

Carling Black Label brand director, Samori Gambrah said the competition demonstrates that the fans are hungry for football action during the recess and this event comes at the right time when fans are anxious to see their new signees in action and also witness their team’s pre-season preparations.

The competition offers an opportunity in which two lucky fans stand a chance to experience their team at training, sit in the pre-match briefing and be part of their favourite team.
